Welcome to Ebony Global Skills Empowerment Initiative (hereinafter “EGSEI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using any of our services, programs, website, or participating in our initiatives, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

By engaging with EGSEI in any capacity—whether as a participant, volunteer, partner, donor, or service user—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Our programs are primarily targeted at youth, women, and marginalized groups seeking empowerment through skills development. Participation is open to all individuals who meet specific eligibility criteria for each program.
3. Services and Programs
EGSEI offers training, mentorship, workshops, and support services. Program details, eligibility, schedules, and expectations will be clearly communicated and may be updated periodically.
4. Registration and Participation
Participants must provide accurate information during registration. EGSEI reserves the right to accept or decline any application and to revoke access if provided information is false or if conduct violates our policies.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants, volunteers, and staff must conduct themselves with respect, integrity, and professionalism. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the program.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by EGSEI—including course content, logos, and documentation—remain the property of EGSEI or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
7. Data Privacy
We value your privacy. Personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
8. Donations and Funding
Donors acknowledge that contributions are voluntary and non-refundable. EGSEI reserves the right to allocate funds in alignment with its mission and organizational priorities.
9. Limitation of Liability
EGSEI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or participation in our services, except where required by applicable law.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in our programs after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria and United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
